Single-color sets come in white, red, blue, green, violet and black. If you want several colors at once, the mixed sets include six colors in one box, and the twisted set comes in a mix of five colors.
They're size codes for the single-color sets. No. 80 candles are 7.1 in tall, No. 100 candles are 6.3 in tall and slightly thicker at 0.22 in, and No. 140 candles are the shortest at 5.9 in. Every single-color set contains 50 candles.
Most of the candles burn for about 50 minutes, depending on drafts and how they're held. Keeping them upright and out of moving air gives the longest, most even burn.
The dye is mixed into the wax, so the color doesn't rub off when you handle the candles. As with any colored candle, wipe up melted wax from fabric or light surfaces before it sets.
