Return Policy for Products Sold by Reelken

Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable law, you have the right to return products purchased from Reelken within 30 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. Please observe the following conditions:

General Return Conditions
Products returned without a manufacturing defect must be in the same condition as when you received them. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until the legal withdrawal period expires. If the original packaging is not available, the customer is responsible for providing packaging that offers an equivalent level of protection. The customer is liable for any damage to the product that occurs during return shipping as a result of inadequate packaging. Return shipping costs for products without manufacturing defects are borne by the customer.

Required Documents
Returns must include the original, intact labels, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all documents the product was delivered with. The product must be accompanied by any accessories and/or free gifts it was delivered with.

Sealed Products
If you purchased multiple units of the same product and want to return all of them, make sure only one has been unsealed. Returns of the remaining units are only accepted if they remain sealed.

Exclusions
Products that have undergone unauthorized repairs or modifications, or that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, impacts, mechanical or electrical shocks, or are missing accessories, will not be accepted.

Incomplete Returns:
If the return package contains products different from those listed on the completed form, the courier will refuse to collect the package after inspection.

Return by Courier

After initiating the return on the Reelken website, you can choose to have a courier come pick up your return, or you can drop it off yourself at one of the courier's offices.

Return processing takes a maximum of 30 days. Refunds are issued by bank transfer, so after initiating your return on the website, please send us an email at support@reelken.us with your order number and return number

30-Day Right of Withdrawal for Distance Selling

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract — that is, to return a Good or cancel a Service — within 30 calendar days, without giving any reason and without bearing any costs other than delivery costs.

Return of Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, the buyer must notify us by email at support@reelken.us that the product does not conform. In this case, Reelken will take all necessary steps to bring the product into conformity, either by replacement or by refund.

Return of Personalized Products

Personalized products or products made according to the consumer's individual specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal except in cases where the product has a lack of conformity or does not match the agreed-upon characteristics.
