Delivery of Bulky Products

For large items sold by Reelken in categories such as tables, shelves, and other similar products, the delivery fee is calculated based on volume, regardless of the order value, and varies by category. This fee will be shown in the shopping cart, including for orders containing items on free-shipping promotions.

In addition to the volume-based fee, extra delivery costs may apply depending on the geographic area. All these fees will be shown in the order summary section.

Delivery of Standard Products

Shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart before the order is finalized and depends on the weight and size of the package.

Order Delivery and Tracking

Order Processing Time and General Rules

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday). The cut-off time for order pickup is 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Products are shipped from Romania directly to customers.

Delivery of Standard Products (small items, max 66 lbs)

Carriers: FedEx

Handling time: 1 business day.

Transit time: between 7 and 8 business days.

Total delivery time: between 8 and 9 business days.

Costs and fees: Shipping cost depends on weight, size, and delivery address. All final costs are always visible in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.

Delivery of Large (Bulky) Products

For large items (e.g., tables).

Carriers: FedEx

Handling time: between 2 and 4 business days, except for products delivered via special order.

Transit time: between 10 and 12 business days.

Total delivery time: between 12 and 16 business days.

Costs and fees: Delivery cost is calculated based on volume. Additional fees may apply depending on the delivery region. The total cost is visible in the cart.
